This Privacy Policy explains how Embrocad ("the App") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy.
1. Who We Are
Embrocad is developed and maintained by Orgusys. If you have any questions, contact us at orgusys@gmail.com.
2. What Data We Collect
Data we do NOT collect
- We do not collect your name, email, or account information.
- We do not collect or upload your embroidery files to any server.
- We do not track your location.
Data collected by third-party services
The App uses the following third-party services that may collect data on our behalf:
- RevenueCat — used to manage Pro subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect anonymous purchase data and device identifiers to validate and manage your subscription. See their privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
- Google Play Billing — handles all payment processing. We never see or store your payment details. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
3. Local Storage
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Your app settings and preferences
- Your saved embroidery design library (file references)
- Thumbnail cache for gallery previews
None of this data is transmitted to any external server by us and you will be responsible for loss of designs in case of any digital or physical damage to your device.
4. Permissions
The App may request the following Android permissions:
- Storage access — to open embroidery files from your device and save exports.
- Internet — to validate your Pro subscription via RevenueCat.
- Billing — to process in-app purchases through Google Play.
5. Children's Privacy
Embrocad is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children.
6. Data Retention
Since we do not collect personal data on our servers, there is nothing for us to retain or delete. All data is stored locally on your device and can be cleared by uninstalling the App.
7. Your Rights
If you have any concerns about data collected by RevenueCat or Google Play in connection with your subscription, you may contact those services directly or reach out to us and we will assist you.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
